Overview

The concept and strategy here is based on the Common Law and jurisdiction over you, if any.

Under common law, unless you have injured another, there is no jurisdiction over you.

When the government is suing you in court, it is in an inferior court.

Inferior courts, are government courts.

When jurisdiction is challenged by filing a counterclaim in a court of record, it is a superior court.

When jurisdiction of any inferior court is challenged by a superior court of record, ALL PROCEEDINGS must stop until jurisdiction can be proven to your superior court by their inferior court.

If jurisdiction is not proven, your counterclaim provides for money damages for your injury of the trespass upon your natural rights.

Simple but not easy for everyone. Simple means it is clear to read.
Not easy means it is difficult to unlearn what you think you already know.

For each of us, we had to ask ourselves, "where did I learn what I think I already know?"
And we believe, that when you ask yourself the same, the answer you come to realize will be the same too.

Very few of us have been in a courtroom. Very few of us went to 'courtroom school.'
For most of us, what we think we know to be true about courts, courtrooms, lawyers, judges, etc. came from TV and nothing else. We have been conditioned to think that the concept of a court of record is impossible when it is written in black and white English words to read.

For the 'simple' part, everything you will ever need to operate your court of record can be found here.

For the 'not easy' part, we can assist. From guided study to one-on-one coaching access each month, we can help.

"Each  time  a  man         stands up for an
ideal, or acts to improve      the  lot  of  others, or
strikes out against injustice, he  sends  forth a tiny ripple of
hope, and crossing each other from a million different centers
of energy and daring, those ripples build a current which
can sweep down the mightiest walls of
oppression and resistance."

Warning: If you are an idealistic sort of person who tends to side with freedom for the people, then this site may be your government's worst nightmare,
especially after you read about jury duty, what the legal difference is between being one of the people of the country and one of the citizens, and why we pledge allegiance to the Republic instead of a democracy.
If a nation expects to be ignorant and free, in a state of civilization, it expects what never was and never will be.  ─Thomas Jefferson, 1816
"Through the courts, encouraging the government to obey the law."
